As part of my braces treatment, they'll have to remove teeth because there's no fucking space in my mouth. I already asked about expanding them, but they told me that can't be done. Well... it's that or have teeth like fucking Dracula

Yes this can cause a flat midface
 
it won't screw you over that bad if after you get braces off you find a way to not look like a hockey player
