Estrogen and Wolffs law (15 yo retard post)
Everybody knows what Wolffs law is (or just fucking google it)
My plan is using estrogen (no more than necessary) from raw milk of pregnant cows, full fat dairy products, liver and egg yolks.
These are going to be the main intake:
I will keep my testosterone as high as i can
Estrogen will be moderated A LOT (because it can blunt and soften bones) since it helps to maintain the bone and also helps structuring/sculpting it
HORMONE OPTIMIZATION:
I will optimize my hormones only naturally
WHAT I WILL AVOID:

- Calcium – sardines (with bones), yogurt, kale
- Vitamin D3 – sun, eggs, salmon
- Vitamin K2 – natto, egg yolks, grass-fed dairy
- Magnesium – seeds, spinach, dark choc
- Collagen/gelatin – bone broth, supplements
- Protein – don’t skimp, go high (1.6–2.2 g/kg bodyweight)
- Zinc/Boron – pumpkin seeds, prunes, dates

- Gym 3-4 times per week to simulate test growth.
- Avoid insulin spikes (fast foods etc...) because they slow growth hormone.
- Cold showers Sprinting and Fasting will be part of my plan too because they help GH.
WHAT I WILL AVOID:
- Sleeping on one side (results in assymetry)
- Forward head posture (results in poor bone development of maxilla and mandible)
- Mouthbreathing (destroys bone development)
- Avoid soy protein isolates
- Low fat diets (Healthy fats are required for great bone and hormone development)
- Neck curls (front, back, sides)
- Resistance band head retractions
- Chin tucks (against wall or lying down)
- Jaw clenching holds (add resistance as you progress)
- “Kiss the ceiling” stretch (tones neck and jaw)
CHEWING/WOLFFS LAW
- Celery, Carrots ,Ice (ice only once per day to avoid teeth damage and also jaw joint damage), Nuts, BONES, Medium Rare/just rare steaks jerky etc... ( definitely no plastic gum shit that puts microplastics in my ball sack)
- Pray to Gandy that i will enough test so my brow ridge grows
- Force my eyebrows into positions which give out the illusions of deep brow ridge
WEEKLY BONUSES:
- Bone broth (great for skin and bones)
- Face massages
GOALS:
- Widen and lift the maxilla (upper jaw/cheeks)
- Strengthen the mandible (jaw)
- Improve symmetry and overall bone health
