Its pretty hair to actually have some side effects on it, like the thining of the hair, its best to use finasteride or dutasteride to prevent hair loss rather then an aromatase inhibitor

DHT is mostly useless after the age of 16
Nigga I liked you think

Please use your brain bcs DHT is not fucking useless after 16 (or puberty)

DHT is important for:
  • Inhibiting DHT synthesis impairs corpus cavernosum growth and trabecular smooth muscle relaxation, endothelial function and increases connective tissue deposition. This all contributes to erectile dysfunction, even in the presence of physiological levels of total testosterone.
  • Furthermore, DHT is also essential for spermatogenesis and thus fertility.
  • DHT doesn't cause prostate cancer
  • DHT for metabolic syndrome
  • DHT is important for insulin sensitivity
  • Heart, liver and kidney function

  • Vascular function

  • Blood pressure

  • Cholesterol

  • Mitochondrial function and energy production

  • Fat loss

  • Gynecomastia (DHT can reverse it)

  • Brain & cognition

  • DHT is needed for blood flow

  • Bone

  • Eyes

No problem bro, I just wanted you to think more complex than just listening to Faticular saying "take dut!! DHT = worthless!!"
Clav0

For hair loss you could use different things actually
  1. Topical ashwagandha cream
  2. Topical estrogen cream
  3. tretinoin on scalp, oral isotretinoin.
  4. microneedling
  5. megadosing vital minerals + vitamins for scalp and hair health
Hair loss is basically due to low estrogen, that's why hair loss also occurs in menopausal women etc

I think topical fin and minoxidil is the way, your AR sensitivity while on roids is going to skyrocket and you need a DHT inhibitor topically to reduce the root cause.

Yes but not alone. isotretinoin will make your scalp the healthiest it's been

Cialis increases blood flow so it should also be preventive to hair loss

Concerns about RU58841 is valid, as it is not an FDA approved drug and many people do report cardiovascular sides. Dutasteride is the most effective drug for treating hairloss. Dht after puberty is a trash hormone and should be inhibited. If it was important for sexual function in adolescent, than almost 100% of users would experience sides. Only Testosterone is needed to sustain sexual function, as if you would inhibit testosterone than everyone would get negative sides. The rare sexual sides from 5 ar comes from the favoring of aromatization of the extra testosterone. Minoxidil can be used indefinitely, idk where you have that info.
