Will using an ai alone at 15 give me benifits?

I want to deepen my voice and extend the time for my growth plates to be open. I was thinking of also using 250mg of test e a week, but its too expensive for me right now. I wanna know if taking an ai alone will ascend me at all or just end up giving me more disadvantages in the long run.
