I don't think so , walking home in the winter or when its cold would tho , its more about the time span between finishing working out and eating good

Apparently, cardio after weight training is actually beneficial for your health. Although a 15 minute walk is extremely insignificant in terms of cardio, there's at least no reason that it would be a problem.

"The sessions are in line with the recommendations sports scientists make for strength athletes who want to include cardio training in their schedule. Review studies have shown that cardio training only reduces strength athletes' progression if the sessions are longer than 25 minutes and done more than three times a week."

"There's much to be said for combining strength training and – in moderation of course – cardio training. Finishing a weights workout with 20 minutes of cardio exercise is good for your blood vessels for example. There are indications that you burn fat more easily during a post-weight training cardio session, and studies have shown that the combination of cardio and weight training is an excellent way to lose weight."
