Beauty (height, frame, voice, facial aesthetics, testosterone, muscle insertions, skin and hair) are polygenic traits. How close are we to finding out how these traits are influenced by genetics.

How long will it take?

beauty is environmental and epigenetic

chads are born not made

Proof?

If you look at primal humans, they had pretty ideal environments, which gave them some desirable features such as jawline, ccw rotation, wide buccal corridors, nice mouth width, prominent brow ridge etc.

But most of them lacked averageness. Basically their environment gave them the desirable bone structure, but averageness was not given by that.

Probably too complex since dna is just patterns of 2 combinations

True. If we were to analyze every DNA pattern possible it would take up more data than the universe could handle. But perhaps if we analyze enough people we will get 95 percent of the equation.

Ig AI will uncover that in the next few years. The medical profession is already being changed radically, and AI is notorious for its pattern recognition. Since we have already sequenced the human genome, it's really just a question of time

How long do you think?

We need super quantum computers

I never suggested brute forcing, but if looks genetics turn out to be more convoluted than my layman mind things, you could be right. Some genetic combinations will be easier to recognize, while others will take stupid amounts of compute.

How long do you think?
Like 10 years for the bulk of them and god knows how long for really complex stuff like symmetry and facial averageness. Idk how much reasearch is even put into this because of muh eugenics, so it might take far longer. The practial applications of those findings will only benefit CRISPRmaxxed Gen Gammacels and beyond anyways

This is better than people bringing genetically inferior meatbags into a world where they will suffer at the hands of RNG.

A blessing for the few, a curse for the majority.

we 100% will (eventually). maybe if you're lucky you will still be fertile in 50 years, when the technology is there and you can make your kid a 6'8 chad as smart as Einstein

CRISPR is what you're talking about.

Just thraggMAX your child broooo

yeah, we will have better shit in the future. I absolutely have no idea how this shit works, but I don't think its possible to change the genes responsible for beauty in actual humans that are already born, like what would happen, you slowly morph into Jordan Barrett?

we will definitely be able to edit the genes easily in sperm and ovum, so there is hope for our children but not us probably.
