i dont want to take to much tudca bc it lowers that one hormone which is actually a good hormone but its portrayed as a bad one

nigger i took 10mg var 7,5hmg little less than 250 hcg and 25mg exemestan, yesterday i also did 25mg exemestan but now a few hours after taking all this i feel something around my nipples???? could that be estrogen? i dont want to fuck my growth plates
