the whole experience of having to get out of bed at it's 7am when it's cold and dark outside is already bad enough. my body is bad at regulating it's temperature so my hands and feet are always cold. I need to mentally prepare myself to go outside because I know the cold wind will dry my skin. my hands are dry and I need to take extra care of my skin at winter. not to mention showering. it's too cold and my knees get purple after it and i get rly tired. I'm not built for this
