Hey there, i need to get my bottom left wisdom tooth removed because it lays horizontally like this (see picture).

Will this affect my face or is it just good that i will get it removed?

Not possible. Do you have actual before and after pics taken at the same bodyfat levels, same angle, same position, and same lighting? Otherwise it's just your autistic body dysmorphia speaking.

The only extractions that change your face are premolar extractions and that's only when it's coupled with retraction orthodontics.
