if there is possible impaction of the wisdom teeth (Due to the narrowness of you jaw) then yes or else you get an infection and die. If there is no reason to remove it and he is saying it will be "comfortable" then leave. Most of these dentists just want a quick paycheck so they try their best to get you in and out of the clinic as soon as possible.

It would always hurt even if they come out properly. My wisdom teeth were straight upright and had plenty of space to be kept. At the first initial stages (at 14) when it pushed through my gums it would swell up and hurt a bit.

If you HAVE to get them removed, ask for a bone graft so it doesn't fuck up your bone structure

u need to expand ur palette, not remove wisdom teeth (unless u have extra wisdom teeth which is a condition that affects 1 in million people, or if its a life threathning condition those are the only 2 cases u need to extract which u dont have)
u will get better as you age if u leave them in

get a new ortho and dentist, you will lose bonemass, jaw mineral density will be forever reduced, you will have a smaller jaw, mouth, lips, less aestethic smile and problems in your old age

My jaw receded from wisdom tooth extraction. I would not recommend it, and by the way, there are dentists that scout posts like these to try and gaslight and convince people that it's all in their heads.

Do not appeal to authority. They want the shekels in your pocket even if that means a worsened state of being for the patient. They'll go out of their way to do this too in order to keep business booming since wisdom teeth extractions are one of their biggest cash cows (around 3 billion USD a year).

It can really fuck your jaw
ask your Ortho If mse is still possible, your palate needs more space depending on your impaction.

i didnt get a bone graft so womp womp my bone structure is fucked im cucked so hard. got it removed at 14 years old the lower 2 ones. still got the top 2
