Get Marpe/MSE and after that get Invisalign. You just have to make room in your palate for the new teeth. Find a dentist who works with MSE and make it clear that you don't want teeth extracted.

Once they finish their growth your skeleton will stop growing. Wisdom teeth are literally a sign of ceasing development.

The doctors removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth at 18 years old.
But when i perfected mewing (23 years old) and came up with a way to abuse my method
(so much so that my jaw was almost completely locked closed i couldn't even chew anything)

im getting mse anyway but it could be too late? how long do they take to grow in and what happens if i just leave it?

uhh It's really repetitive and you need a glass of water
Basically I take a sip of water
Then chin tuck, and Push swallow
Then hard mew as my mouth open again for another sip
after doing it 10 times you will instantly start to feel it
I calculated how many times i did it
and it was basically 1500 chin tucks for that week
after 20 chintucks in a row you will feel your facial fibers tearing and snapping
and on the 3rd day i felt my wisdom teeth growing back
But I stopped after 2 weeks because as i said it hurt and it stopped my jaw from moving
My nose bridge also started to get higher and straighter
