Wish I had more stuff to fix on my face, Im high mtn with good appeal but theres nothing I can do now except pray my face develops more and beomes more harmonious in the coming years, its hard to accept.

Teeth I bought 44% carbamide peroxide Make sure it doesnt hit your gums tho they will turn white from the peroxide

So in Pneumos guide he bought pure peroxide gel and just went for it, I went for a softer alternative of carbamide gel lol, It still does the job it just matters on the time taken

Yeah so I bought moldable guards put them in hot water and moulded my bottom and top teeth and then got the syringe of peroxide and added a small dot to each single tooth mold and then put it on. Make sure it doesnt touch your gums too much and if you have sensitive gums you will need to get gingival barrier that you can harden using a light.
