For the vast majority of men, yes. However, for those that have aggressive MPB they may need to add a strong topical anti androgen such as RU58841 to the mix and substitute Finasteride for Dutasteride. I would also look into dermarolling, it works great in conjunction with minoxidil.

Or instead of taking Fina you can just lobstermax by taking 1000 mg of astaxanthin daily to inhibit the 5AR
