Biggest boost came from eye area and overall coloring. You need lower eyelid retraction and/or bleph and upper eyelid fillers as well as darker eyebrows. Hairline lowering with your hair type and color isn't a good idea unless you can stand to have see through hair for one year whole awaiting your next transplant.
