LTN is average IRL. If you're given a strict/harsh proper rating and are MMTN, then you are attractive.

some people are truly just horribly recessed and it's the only thing holding them back, so with more extreme trimax operations (like 2cm+) they really can ascend big time

going from boneless to boneful truly fixes a lot, but besides something as big as trimax i can't name any other instance someone below mtn could really have much potential, you're right for the most part
