Tbh. These complete morons don't realize, that human body is extremely complex. They just throw out these theories out of their ass. You'll get enough air, even if breathing became harder, you'll just breathe at faster pace. And on top of that, short spells of oxygen depravation have been shown to strengthen immune system.

Besides, what kind of a weakling can't breath with a fucking surgical mask? Sounds like excuses to me, I've tried it (even though we're not advised to wear it in Finland) and it didn't affect my breathing at all.
