Woke up before 9AM today

I woke up at 7 but stayed in bed till 9. I always stay in bed till 9. I find if I get up early even though i woke up early, I'll be tired, but if I get up around the same time everyday, I feel somewhat around the same everyday. But I don't use an alarm. Sometimes I accidentally sleep till 10. But I'll never get up before 9.

I got some errands I need to do that’s why I’m up “early”. Last 3 weeks I haven’t gotten out of bed before 13:00
