After getting a cold basically every month, I hadn’t had one for at least 3 months I think. Then I woke up last night with a sore throat, which is now slightly better, but I have other cold symptoms now. Just came on overnight. No symptoms before bed

Ffs. I have work tomorrow. If I don’t go I don’t get paid. Usually I’m upbeat there so hopefully I’m not feeling too shit

I’m coping with saline rinses and vicks nasal spray for now

I had it before it's cause I used to work out a lot even with a cold so I was sick all the time and I easily got sick again.
Stopped working out and I was sick like 5 times since then (2 years ago)

I would use Sore throat spray, and halls relief. Helps manage the symptoms
