Woke up today with a swollen under eyelid

Only one of my under eyelids got swollen. It’s kind of red. I have eyebags but now because my eye is swollen one eyebags is redder than the other looks bad how do I fix it and which cream or pill should I buy in the pharmacy

I’ve been actually poking my eye and pushing it inside the skull I overall touch my eye area autistically a lot no wonder I got an infection considering the fact that I once didn’t wash my hands after scratching my cock and then I touched my eyes
