i woke up only a few hours ago and my nose was bleeding and i wiped my nose with my hands without realizing, got blood all over my hands, but i still haven't washed it off because i don't want to get up so now my hands just have dry blood on them

same actually. Apparently, it's cause it drys out your nose but I think it's that it thickens your blood.
