They don't, also I wouldn't be surprised if they would guess a good looking guy of a certain height to be taller than an average looking guy of the same height

I mean really, there's no difference between 5'11" and 6'0", but women obsess over one number. You have to realize that women read books and watch movies and obsess about romance from when they are very young, so they are very focused on such things. The look of a certain number as opposed to their actual value, matching the idealization they have in their head, and the biggest one, bragging to their friends and their bf mogging their friends bf.

Of course the exception is when the guy is extremely tall and towers her, in that cases she probably gets wet just by by being next to him.
