Most common misconception is that women are straight, yes there are straight women who are attracted to the male form, and it sexually turns them on, without imaging themselves there.
Have you ever heard of”I like him because he makes me feel more feminine?” Or the classic, “I like tall guys because he makes me feel petite, small, etc”?
It’s because they themselves imagine being there, as a woman, next to a hot buff guy, and that’s their sexual fantasy.
They don’t actually like men, it helps them feel more feminine, cute, or, more of a woman.
