I am working with PHd’s, yes there ́s some women, but way less than men, and its not anything near difficult enought for it to have a talent gap. Anyone can get a good job if they work for it, and girls are told to do so way more often than boys.

Disagree I think men just fall to the extremes more. Women have are more likely to have average intelligence but less likely to fall in the extremes. Im sure theirs some studys on this but i cba looking it up to see if its true or not. Same comes with emotional intelligence. Men are more likely to be low on emotional intelligence and end up antisocial or a (violent) criminal and they are more likely to be on the high end and be charistmatic.
