I have a very nerdy typical asian friend who I do homework with sometimes, and he was always also helping this girl, and he was the only reason she passed the class. The girl was always very rude to him, she would insult him whenever he didn't help her immediately, ignore him when he would ask her about anything besides homework, and when he asked to hang out with her she said "you're not that kind of friend, some friends you do homework with".
When I saw this, I knew it was the last straw. I told him to just stop helping her since she clearly doesn't even respect you. She can't even pretend to be nice to the guy who spends hours every week just to explain her homework to her. I tell him just make sure to slowly ghost her and dont just cut her off, because a lot of women make crazy accusations if they feel like you betray them.
Anyway, he ignores my advice and says "I don't think I wanna meet up with you anymore". Then she keeps calling him disrespectful and says "btw just thought you should know I don't appreciate how you were sexually harassing me. It made me uncomfortable and I consider it harassment to initiate close physical contact with someone without their consent".
I have been falsely accused before too, and my situation was much worse, and I suffered hard bc of it. But bc of that, I now know how to handle false accusations. This is the 2nd man in a month or two who has told me I helped them with false accusations, cuz of my own experience. If you ever get falsely accused, don't be scared of getting cancelled, dont just wait and hope it goes away, don't try to be politically correct, GO ON THE OFFENSIVE, COMPILE THE EVIDENCE, ATTACK HER CHARACTER, AND DEFEND YOURSELF AT ALL COSTS. A LIE WILL RUN HALF WAY ACCROSS THE WORLD BEFORE THE TRUTH GETS ITS PANTS ON. IF YOU HESITATE SHE WILL HAVE 100 PPL ON HER SIDE WHO HATE YOU BEFORE YOU EVEN HAVE A CHANCE TO TELL YOUR SIDE OF THE STORY.
These fucking bitches almost always pull this card. So I told my bro to fight back, he has the evidence on his side. First I told him to demand she say exactly wha he supposedly did, so she can't use these vague statements to make him sound like a creep. (Women will often use the term sexual assault to try to make a man sound like a rapist when he just hugged you without consent). She said he "made her feel pressured to sit close to him on a couch, and put her arm around her".
GOOD! Now she can't change or exaggerate the story later. Always pin her down on an exact narrative. Now you compile the evidence in a document, and show that she has a precedent for insulting you and harassing you when you don't help her with homework. Show that she made these claims only after you withdrew your help. If she was uncomfortable with the 2 seconds you had your arm around her, why didn't she say stop? Why did she only bring it up after the fact?
Next you take all your evidence, report her to the professor, and to Title IX. Report her so there's precedence in case she reports you first. Cover all your bases.
He showed it to the professor and the professor immediately took his side, and was going to consult his colleagues about what action he should take against the girl. Now, because he was proactive and didn't respond like me, acting all scared over a bs accusation, and running and hiding, he has a leg up in this situation and might even get a formal apology letter to clear his name.
But then why are women like this? They think they can take advantage of subhumans while not even being nice to them. Then when they realize they can't, they blow up and falsely accuse them? Why is every woman's go to tactic to get revenge on a man is lie and say "he assaulted me, he beat me, he harasssed me?". This is why I hate women.
but at least this story is a victory.
