Look at the comments. So the "ick" is basically anything a guy does that is unattractive. I'm surprised they have enough self awareness to specify exactly what the things are that they find unattractive to begin with. Some examples from the comments:
@danielle.fairy:THINK AB THEM MESSAGING A GIRL WAY OUT OF THEIR LEAGUE W A TRY HARD LINE AND GETTING IGNORED LOL
@jillianbabillionn:them picking the pics that they have on their profile is an ick for me
@get.oust:IMAGINE HIM PUTTING “*his height* since it matters”
@bigtits666:the thought of them having a “go-to” opening line to use on girls and thinking he has game
@princess.pey.pey:Then seeing him constantly updating it with just slight few word differences
@breezysnewworld:him texting other girls, and not getting a response back so he texts them again
@kirstenyocks:MY EX HAD A SELFIE HE TOOK ON HIS COUCH AND I JUST CAN’T
So basically if you're not a natural Chad who just so happens to do everything perfectly and never do anything remotely unattractive, you will be susceptible to the "ick"
