I think mcdonals isnt even the worst, i got some kfc today after playing soccer for like 2 hours in ridiculous heat (toughest day in the mediterranean haha) and just took the top buns and got a solid chicken cheese and bacon meal for very cheap, the problem is the amount of grainsludge these guys inhale, i had no idea too, one time i was on holiday with some people and there were some guys like this, when i tell you there isnt a MINUTE going by where they dont have either a packet or a bowl filled with either doritos sunbites (some other sludge) or some kind of wheat based cookie (not even the tasty chocolate ones JFL)they also called me weird for biting into a stick of butter as my snack, understandable for the average person but still . Im 19 and these guys have always been 0 sex appeal skinny fat pheno but every time i see them they get fatter which makes sense when this is their diet and at 18 they stop doing any kind of sport even if only at school during PE.
