Gonna disagree here. As I've looksmaxxed and improved my appearance girls have responded positively and reached out more to me with IOI.

The only time they might speak negatively is if they know they don't stand a chance with that guy so they play it off as 'that guy isn't my type anyway'. Alternatively, it's bad if you look worse from the looksmaxxing (botched surgery) or you act weird because of it (super narcissistic, insecure). Sounds to me like this guy had a shit hair transplant that looks unnatural and bad, thereby the issue is it was just botched. If he god a natural looking good hair transplant then it would definitely be viewed positively.
