Women Literally Avoid Me Ar My Workplace

Women interact with most other guys and treat them normally and greet them too, all of them are at least average looking and many are manlets. But when it comes to me even my older female co-workers generally avoid talking to me unless they need something, the younger ones are even more hesitant and go out of their way to avoid interacting with me. They are generally annoyed if I try to make small talk and give one- word answer and walk away. This is all because my face is ugly and angry or sad looking. I have been rated 3/10 PSL but women treat me like I am deformed. I don't see how I could possibly be anymore repulsive to women. They avoid making eye-contact too when talking to me.

if you're ugly, don't try to make small talk or go out of your way to interact socially, just be professional and do your job. if you're good at it, you'll have opportunities to transfer to a better position where you might have your own enclosed office that limits social interactions with non professional types.
