I should have rephrased that, it's biologically impossible to have higher DHT than testosterone levels. You can, however, take superphysiological amounts of dihydrotestosterone, in turn, overpowering testosterone.

I've read an article on a user of DHT based steroids, he's always found that if he overdoes the dht he feels horrific, however, when he's taken insane amounts of testosterone base (without an ester attached) he didn't find the same 'horrific' feeling that occurred on dht.

dht is extremely potent and shouldn't be fucked around with, testosterone is more therapeutic, testosterone in itself has masculinizing qualities that aren't present in DHT, at the end of the day it's still a potent androgen.
