It always changes into something more primal / tabbo / animalistic / dark triad.
Some foids don't mind the guy being a little introverted in their teens but become sluts for low-inhib thugmaxed bad boys later on.

Some don't care about dick size but become size queens later on.

The changes never happen backwards.
