I actually just got the fuck out of bed, went to the cat litter bin, and starting rowing that shit in each hand for 90 + reps each side. I flex and see it makes fuck all difference in width. I'm a narrow fucking cuck, you cunts! FUCK YOU.

I've grown from like a 1:1.3 waist to shoulder ratio to 1:1.8 in a few years. Train side delts and lats I'm wide as fuck now, but also got broad clavicles. Ultimate V Taper
