The pain, i like it honestly, muhh cortisol spike, yeah like the cortisol spike you got in the morning to get youre ass of your bed.

It also makes me feel more low inhib, not the fact that im building muscle and getting bigger but more so the actual act of doing it, i feel higher T the rest of the day and more inclined to do social stuff where as if i wouldnt work out at all, i would literally do nothing all day and have Zero Energy

At least do some compound lift, 3 days a week is enough, also 45 mins workout is enough for ur muscles and minimum stress

calisthenics better
yes but i somehow am not good at it, lifting is no issue for me and weight training overall, but i somehow cant do alot of these excersises like pull ups etc. and its not even me weighing much.

Idk wtf goatis is on about, I have to abstain from exercise (playing pickup basketball in my case) during my recovery post surgery and 11 days in I feel so restless and uptight. My leg is literally shaking right now as I am typing this I have so much pent up energy from not playing ball. I don't know how the fuck normies can not do any physical activity.

literally this, i think its your body trying to make up for the lack of excersise, then it just makes you anxious and restless.
 
Exercise just makes me stressed out and depressed as it doesn't distract me from thinking about the state of my life and how much worse things will get.
