It is supposed to be the masculinity/health/hormones/vitality that DRIVES YOU to workout in the first place. If you don't have that, the gym/effort in doing such won't make it appear.

If you are forcing yourself to workout/improve health/hormones WITHOUT having them initially...

You are doing a fool's deed. You have to have the PROPER STARTING POINT or it's worthless.

Healthy people can afford to work out -- working out doesn't make you healthy though.

It's a major misunderstanding that one works for health -- not by exercising, no.


No, you aren't gonna hit the gym as a sick, hypothyroid, low androgen incel & become Zyzz.

Roid first, then consider gym after -- especially if you're one who's never had muscle, masculinity. Fix your shit health first. The gym/exercise doesn't fix your health/turn you alpha, retards.

It makes NO FUCKING SENSE to think the gym brings about health, androgens if you lack it to begin with. The strong man wants to work -- the weak man doesn't work to be strong.
