Since I was 14 Ive bern working out and its been part of me that if I stop for a while I start having identity crisis and bipolar

I hate absolutely everything that requires a long time to do, my last workout was like this - 60 seconds of plank 7 approaches, my heart is weak because of energy drinks I feel that something will happen to it if I do it longer than 60 seconds, and after I stopped getting tired of such a quantity I got bored because it was too long if I could stand in the plank for 10 minutes in one approach it would be better

can 100% relate also started when i was 14, im 21 now never stopped for more than 1 week since then tbh

I cant stop for more than like 3 months until I start noticing something is off and missing, its been exactly 10 years since I started.

I start to go into identity crisis
