when i didnt lift weights i had a growth spurt ,then 6 months ago i started working out and i didnt really saw changes in my height ,in the last 2 months i stopped working out and in these two months i saw changes in my height .could be coincidence tough:unsure: .but maybe building muscles and shit stunts your growth:unsure:

I think its a myth honestly. It will stunt ur growth if u damage your body somehow

You must've had the worst form in human history
 
if u compress ur spine (deadlifts, squats, etc) then it will be less prone to growth. also "steals" hgh (which is what everyone here is referring to). these 2 reasons are what makes gym bad for growth, deadhangs are good tho

i just did pushups and pull ups ,

the protein is also funneled into your muscles instead of ur height growth, there are many factors behind it tbh

No but if you lift make sure you’re in a surplus and you do decompression exercises
