The only thing that can stunt your growth while working out is compression because it shortens the bone, while tension is the key to bone remodeling & growth so stop lifting weights or doing anything that compresses the bones.
 
It’s a dose-dependent curve, where more exercise increases height until it reaches a point where more exercise stunts growth

You squat/deadlift 50kg? Brutal

And you're realistically only actually holding the weight for 3/4 mins a session, not enough to compress your bones JFL your bone density increases in response to weight so if anything the effect would be the opposite

You don't know what you're talking about, and you certainly have no idea on how the bones work, mechanical stress on the bone generates piezoelectricity, while tension stimulates osteoblasts, compression stimulates osteoclasts. Osteocyte senses electrical charge and react, when blasts and clasts start working the bone remodels it's shape or length.

Tension on both sides is optimal while compression is suboptimal, so don't expect optimal height growth results from heavy lifting

Like I said its only 5 minutes a few times a week of doing heavy exercise that vertically compresses bones, whatever fancy terminology you use, this is not enough to lead to permanent missed height potential

only squats and heavy deadlifts in a short term. Theoretically not even this will stunt you if you do the stretching after.

Its not stunting you its accelerating/furthering the natural compression of cartilage between your joints that happens across the day. This is completely reset when you sleep anyway

Only if you do deadlifts and squats, but only if you go for a pr.If you stretch enough and drink milk you shouldn't have any problem.
 
No one knows for real. If you are satisfied with your height then start whenever u want if not don't wait past 21, I lost all my youth not lifting because of this (started at 23, wanted to start at 17).
