So, i've been working out for 7 or so months and i've made good muscle gains, however, i'm still at 24% bodyfat and i'm finding it hard to lose that. So i ask this forum what would you guys rather do.

Male models are supposed to be very skinny with large bones. They’re basically walking coat hangers.

And lose all your muscle? Stop being a retard and focus on the question or fuck right off

That me

He said eat at a DEFICIT not stop eating completely. 24% body fat = you are a fat piece of disgusting lard. That lard around you is calories that your body will use for energy while you lower the food you shove down mouth. Keep lifting to stimulate your muscles so you don't lose that shit. You can add cardio on top of that to burn more calories. It's all about the total calories at the end of the day. and fuck crossfit. Burning calories being active is no different than eating a little bit less. Stop thinking you only get lean by doing cardio. Focus on lifting and diet.

Except that it's obvious i am on a caloric deficit. I'm merely trying to adjust which is better: crossfit which is already cardio + resistance training OR weights. The crux of the question is: Do i need big muscles (weight training) or just overall leanness (crossfit)
