when ur drunk ur pain sense is dulled so you'll end up tearing muscles more than your normal state would allow

try it and you'll notice u get worser doms demonstrating the tearing. doms = tearing, hence why if u stop lifting for a bit then get back into it u get bad doms, and u also get the biggest improvement. then u quickly plateau again, minimal doms because ur muscles are used to the actions and weights ur doing. u can't push through. yet by getting drunk u blind the pain thus enabling u to push with muscles that ur sober self wouldn't allow u to.

I tried this once but it was my first month working out and I almost threw up lmao. Now I'm somewhat decent so idk what would happen
