Facts. When I worked my warehouse job I was in the best shape of my life. Got paid to lift weights basically.
Now that I work an office job I've gained weight and can only go to the gym in the evenings when it's packed and can't use any of the machines.

I believe your appearance still matters when you are way older for your well-being. You can probably make it looking decently till the end of your life if you take care of yourself, but being under the sun for a lot will make you look like a raisin. I know what is the vegan/carnivore/primal against this but I don't believe in it.

I would only accept working those outside jobs from October to March. You wear clothes, UV index is low, cloudy weather more often etc. In summer it must be hell unless you are in shadow.

Still if overdone it will look bad. You surely can tolerate winter's sun as the minimal UV index makes the sun safe but try tanning everyday for hours at midday during summer. That's what I did one summer when I was into Aajonus/Sv3rige/Peat. Not something I would suggest doing.

Secondly as an aspiring boxer, I will be subjected to drug testing, and since I plan on going professional in five years time, my worry is that the testing will become so advanced I will not be able to use a sports TRT dosage that is needed for me to compete, if I went through and started taking steroids now at 18.
Now you may say, oh well get a medical exemption, but this won’t be possible under WADA even if hypergondal.

Currently you can get away with staying under the test to epitest ratio by using low doses of test,

But if WADA starts using carbon isotope testing it may complicate things for me, and especially if they start using LH and FSH testing to determine if your being shut down by exogenous testosterone.
