Working with a lot of foids is really bad

They are so emotional ,always talking behind peoples back, always looking for drama. If they dont like you they couldnt easily get you fired . I wanna quit one of my previous jobs because of foids. Every foid ive talked have said to me that working with a lot of foids at one place is awful.
