Workout regimen for a teen

OK so I've maxxed out most things softmaxable. I've don't my hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, skin, and I've hit 6ft now so it's time to gym max.

A jock body can ascend u big time so I know the methods but where should i focus?
 
Just go with a 3-split (push, pull, legs). I have gotten very good results with that.

train 3x 4x a week if you do more your cortisol levels will go up therefore testosterone will decrease.
3x 4x week 45minute to hour and half max is great regiment

It is a natural response of the body. After around 60 minutes of weightlifting cortisol levels increase pretty heavily. That is the reason why you should take magnesium and ashwagandha if you gymcell often.

Human body releases cortisol when it needs more energy, so if you workout for more than 45 minutes with high intensity your glycogene levels will decrease therefore cortisol will be release to get additional energy from burning muscles(cortisol is burning muscles for energy)
