Workplace halo?

Have any of you experienced a work place halo with women. I am one of the youngest men at my job whos still in shape and attempt to wear decent fashion. I see a lot of older women staring at me and some out of my league. I'm confused because this doesn't make sense. Is it because the competition is scare and there aren't that many available men where I work? Outside of work I hardly get any looks.
