It was probably switching out of public school for me. Ruined my NT and social life and my drive to do anything that was hard.

Hoping me enlisting will help counteract the discipline and fitness part but I think my social skills are over for the rest of my life.

bulking when i hit like 15/16

I saw a hamza vid and instances of people who went on a bulk and just ended up growing bones, and muscle with it, and it helped them grow taller and shit and i was insecure about that.

It gave me acne, made me from cutecel who got girls instas into fucking ugly monster with massive cheeks, horrible acne, bones never grew, ruined my life last 3 fucking years. Only now I have been able to reverse all of that and go into the real world.

3 years of what should be the best years of my life were spent like shit. Im fucking ashamed
