Retards in this forum will laugh but this legit worked for me.
Anyways, first off you ice your face and and put the ice between your eyes and your eyebrows for around a minute or so. Then eyebrow pull - make your fingers like a hook and pull downwards on your upper eyelid. DONT pull too hard (this eyebrow pulling thing ascended my eye area in under 2 weeks.) then put vaseline on your upper eyelid lol (I put some sort of lip cream that's like vaseline on my upper eyelid and it literally worked for me)

This is what worked for me lol. also chill your eyes. it's not cope.

You can do both in the form of recomping. Just eat at maintenance calories or slightly under and you'll lose fat while building muscle at the same time.
