I ve seen many terrible things on this website, but truly for me NOTHING comes even close to severe eye asymmetry:

happens I know people who are nw2 and losing hair on top of a crown. It's over then. And I have non fixable 0.9 midface ratio and low af fwhr. I can't change it. No implants or fillers. Maybe ZSO or OBO but... jfl. Furthermore, downward growth with slight underbite kill my 3/4 profile ultimately. I know I can get a bimax to fix an underbite, but won't help a lot tbh.
