You can directly change ratios to some extent (not just give the illusion). Here’s how you can slightly increase fWHR for example

with surgery / fillers / implants etc.. you can increase / reduce bizygomatic width , bigonial width , chin height , philtrum height , forehead height

only difficulty is midface ratio i.e. IPD and nose height , no one here is getting OBO or some extreme impaction / CCW lf2
