After I get bimax I will focus on my orbital rims. On looksmax.org two surgeons based in Rome are reported to offer orbital rim implants with saddle extensio: Mario Pagnoni and Alberto Armellini. Pagnoni is very expensive and his rim implant costs 13500 euros.

The way would be contacting maxillofacial surgeons in europe with experience in 3D designed custom implants and asking if they offer the procedure for a cheaper price

Non custom rim implants are cheaper but they are not a good solution. Many users who underwent non custom implants ended up having their implant removed because the shape was messed up

Assuming I choose to get rim implants not before bimax, since I am still a master degree student, at least three years will pass, therefore it is likely that new surgeons will be reported here to offer rim implants.

i think an aesthetic fix could be lower eyelid retraction where they remove some skin, stretch the skin from your cheeks onto your lower under eye area and thus cover the non-existent bone support beneath the eye

Wtf no I don’t think so. Stress destroyed the collagen and maybe fat pads under my eyes (it is possible) . And not the orbital shape
