Worth jumping up to 0.05 tret with only mild acne?

have been on 0.025 for like prob 3 months now. definitely have noticed a difference in collagen but still have mild acne. could jumping up to 0.05 solve the acne? don’t really want to go through that purge again if it’s not going to help
