There's no way of telling if you're still growing without an X-Ray. Using HGH while your growth plates have fused is like adding a cup of water to the ocean. 5'11" isn't a bad height either, just wear lifts and claim 6'1"

Hgh alone won’t magically increase or height or won’t by a lot it may even make ur growth plate close sooner so take letrozole 0.5-0.25mg every other day to delay that closure
