I’m pretty low down and I don’t starve myself idk what to tell you. Some ppl like me have great metabolisms with cardio from football I got down to 6.4 % at 175lbs when I was 16. This what in hs when I didn’t really know abt peps. I went into a vitamin shop and got it done. I also had various coaches, lifters, PTs. Tell me I was single digit. Below 8%. Ik test are off asf. Iam only saying this because most people think they're at a specific bf percentage, but in reality they are 2-4 percentages above the one they were thinking

I’ve got good genes but I’m not 6 5 I’m 5’ 11” with an anterior pelvic tilt. From all the Research ive done before and the ones that iam doing right now, I found that true single digit body fats for decently fit people (muscular to some degree), are Exceptional.

Yeah I work very hard. Those pics are old and not my lowest body fat. I’m now 19. My life style as a young kid was absolutely perfect I drank shit tons of milk everyday. And played sports and was outside most of my young childhood. These pictures are from when I was lean bulking at 17 and at my biggest.Your looking Jackkkkkked dude, I get why you think you and other people think your at 6% body fat. Dont just throw your hard work at "genetics", your genetics are good but they aren't that special either, You looked like that as a kid because of your lifestyle and what your parents fed you.
Now You body fat is low, but from what I can tell in the photo, your not 6%, your closer to double that, at 11/12 maybe 10 if you've been training and eating in a deficit for a week, But that is not something you should feel pity about, 11/12% bf in itself is a big achievement especially when you have that level of muscle on you. I would expect your calves to look less puffy if you were even at 8% body fat, also your face is a major telltale sign that you are nowhere close to that range, because you look healthy rather than ripped/ill looking
I know that I yapped alot, but everything I said is based on my own opinions that are based on my understanding. so I can be wrong, if iam wrong please do correct me.

Gentics are not a one size fits all, they are complicated to a degree where things just dont start making sense anymore, Some people can reach sub 10% bf without discomfort or hassle, while others may never reach it even if they try their hardest
Fat distribution is a very Important factor when bf estimates are thrown out, because as I said everyone is different everyones genetics determine certain things, some people can have visible abs at 15% bf, while others wont get them unless the cut to sub 12% bf. These two factors are the reason why people misjudge their real Body fat percentages, and they can never truly be addressed unless an accurate scan takes place, most preferably a dexa scan
